Don't Listen To The Critics

 

Putting other peoples opinions of your work before your own is often the start of an existential crisis for a creative type. Especially when you have just come back from another crisis and are finally feeling happy about your process.

Sometimes you just have to say ‘this is the way that I draw’ and

I like the way that I draw

I very nearly abandoned this drawing after a mediocre critic suggesting it was ‘nice’
